Good For Your Health
I am pleased with these Broccoli supplements. I have been using them for nearly a year. They have helped with my inflammation and my lung function. And basically my overall health. There are lots of health benefits associated with broccoli sprouts. I wish Amazon offered the subscribe and save option for this product.

These are a great, however remember if your diet isn't' sufficient you may need to take a multi with iodine as the active ingredient in these interferes with the thyroids ability to uptake iodine
