Garofalo
Garofalo pasta is my favourite pasta brand. Yes you pay a bit more but the quality is much better than any supermarket better brand. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. If you're a true pasta lover then you must try this pasta. This particular shape is ideal for a simple tomato or cheese sauce as the shape catches the sauce in all it's little crevices.

Little Radiators!
Great Pasta, what's not to love about little radiators that you can cover in the sauce of your choice. A lovely change from Penne! PS good quality pasta with a good earthy taste.
