Q: How do you contact company about warranty? My lid broke.

My lid also broke and can't find contact for company. They're not responding to reviews either

Q: How is this comparable to the yeti brand? Is this a “you get what you pay” for jug?

I have a Yeti mug but I ordered the Sunwill because it had a lid that allowed me to slide-close a cover over the sipper hole. The slider broke fairly soon, within about a month of daily use. Otherwise, the Sunwill does a good job of keeping my coffee hot...similar to the Yeti mug.

They sell similar mugs everywhere- but not for this price. I think it's a good value. The clear lid will stain once used a few times.

Q: has anyone used this for soup or chili??

As long as it’s hot going in. Thicker stuff might cool down a little faster. But I have used it for brothy type soups. So I know it works for those.
