Overall good vitamin, however I wouldn’t recommend it people suffering with bluffing, upset stomach and even mild stomach issues, because this vitamin does have such strong unpleasant odor. Not sure what it is but sure strong 💪🏼 and somewhat makes me cringe. And I am a plumber too!

These are very good vitamins but you don’t have to take vitamins every day.I take my vitamins every other day and still feel great.
