A little tricky to set up I seemed to have one piece spare that I didn't seem to have to use as it works perfectly fine without using the extra rope attachment. Feels very relaxing to lie back on it and think about things in a cool quiet room. I feel it has helped ease the tension in my traps which is why I got it and for the price it is very sturdy I would recommend this product.

This beck rest is comfortable, well-made, and does a great job at relieving neck and shoulder tension.It was however tricky to hangThe instructions weren’t as clear as they could be, and getting it set up for a full neck pull was more challenging than IHowever once it's in place, it is fantastic as a way to ease neck and shoulder tension, this is definitely worth considering.

I said in my original review that it was cheap and it would be likely to snap and it did... Given that it broke so quickly and with such little use, I cannot recommend this product. Will be sending it back for a refund.[Original review]I just tried this device for the first time today and I have upper spinal pains in the area I've circled in the image. As soon as I put my head in the sling and tractioned myself out it was heavenly, instant relief like all the pressure was taken off that area.I stayed still using the device for about 15 minutes but once I took my head out of the sling and relaxed back to resting position I had intense shooting pains in that area for a little while after. I don't know if that's just my spine / neck adjusting back to resting position or if I'm just not used to it yet but I think I may have used too much traction. To be fair I really was using it quite aggressively.When you first start it can be tempting to apply maximum force to get really good traction but I'd recommend going easy at the start, just apply gentle traction so your neck / spine gets used to it.The material that your head rests in is comfortable and seems decent quality but the strap that takes all the weight seems very flimsily so if you have a big ol' meat head, you might wanna be extra careful.

This product arrived on time and was wellpackaged. The stirrup was a bit fiddly, needed to be arranged for the individual fit. I did struggle to feel comfortable with it.

My osteopath recommended I try a neck sling so I found this and tried it. It is SO comfortable and really “stretches” my neck in a gentle but effective way. I even sleep better now! Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful for relieving tension from the neck and down to the rib cage in the spine. It works beautifully.

I order a different model from Amazon with bungee straps that broke after one use due to the construction of the item and this one in my opinion is far superior with a better arrangement of adjustment and slightly less money. Would recommend.

The hammock bit is ok, comfortable enough, but the end of the elastic detached from the plastic holder after only a couple of weeks - while it was in use - not ideal! At this price it’s more hassle than it’s worth to return, so have tied it back on and will keep using it as is. Wish I had gone for a neck cloud before seeing this.Update: Feb 2023 - after posting this review I received an email from the seller offering a refund, no return necessary.
