Help calm me when driving
I find driving VERY stressful these days…Zen Adapt helps me stay calm while enduring the stressful roadways. As well as any other anxiety that might pop up during the day.

Love, love, love
I don't see a time when I'll stop taking this. It was recommended to me by my chiropractor for help with a whole bunch of stuff. I don't know exactly why it helps, or if the results will be the same for anyone else, but it has helped regulate my menstrual cycle. I was averaging 45 day cycles, but they are now closer to 30 days. It's a lot more predictable, too.

I don’t feel calm after
It doesn’t bring me calm. Other ashwaghanda supplements do.

Not for me
This didn't work out for me. It might've been the ashwaghanda in it. Ashwaghanda has a tendency to make me feel nervous/foggy not calm. It may work for you. But three stars because Amazon gave me a refund.

I won’t be without this!
This is far better than any prescription pharmaceutical for anxiety, depression, weather related SAD, etc. The only side effect is happiness. 😎
