Fabulous! we love these pillows they are perfect. They come rolled and compressed and need a few days to expand to full plumpness. They are completely adjustable to match your desired firmness requirement. The inner cover has a zip that allows you to remove filler to help you match your requirement. So they could be softer if needed. The outer cover is also helpful to maintain the shape of the pillow and has a "cool" side and "Bamboo" side. To be honest once you put a pillow slip over the cover you can't really tell the difference other than the cool side is more slippery and the pillow slip shift more easily over it. If you want an even softer pillow remove the outer cover and just use the inner one alone with a pillow slip. The overall size is great too. We simply adore these pillows. The packaging they come in is useful for keeping the excess stuffing as it's good quality and has a zip to keep it all safe incase you want to refill at anytime.

These pillows are great for my neck pain and love the cool side , doesn’t lose it’s shape and stays firm , washed the outside cover for freshness, worth every penny I spent on them. Thank you

I have had so many memory foam pillows, begining to feel that the perfect pillow never existed...until now. WOW!!! This pillow is a game changer. Both pillows arrived flat and rolled up, I just couldn't understand how they could rise, but they did. Just laid them flat and it doesn't take long before they become lovely and plump. Had them just 2 days, and had the best sleep ever, no more neck or back pain. I am absolutely thrilled with my 2 pillows, and I so recommend. Took me a while to get the perfect pillow for myself, an excellent product that deserves more than 5 stars.

These high quality pillows are so cleverly designed. They have lots of very soft squishy filling. You can alter the firmness very easily by unzipping and removing some filling, which I have done. They come with a high quality removable washable outer cover that has a cool side and normal side. You can't go wrong with these pillows. Best ones I've bought.

I was a bit sceptical at buying this pillow as I have always slept with a solid piece of memory foam, but I thought I would change it up! It comes out looking flat, you plump and leave for 30 minutes and I was surprised at how big it pumped up! The first night, my neck did hurt due to the height, as I wasn’t used to it, I was debating to take some of the foam out ( which was another great factor to these pillows) but I followed through with it, and over a week it has flatted to my liking! You can always plump up again, which you can’t do with a regular memory foam pillow. You can feel the difference of the cool side to the normal side with your hand, but putting a pillow case on top, I personally couldn’t feel the cooler side through the material, so I have dropped a star for this reason. Overall I’m happy with the pillow, it’s like sleeping on a cloud.

These pillows are comfortable, however, the cooling side is useless when using a pillow case For cleanliness, I always use a pillow case as this can be changed regularly without hassle. When putting a pillow case on these pillows you don't feel the cool side so based on these being more expensive than other similar pillows without a cool side, the extra money was a waste. This being said, they are comfy and easy to adapt to the right size as you can remove some of the filling. They have stopped me waking up with a stiff neck and are really good quality

Wow wow wow! Never knew a pillow could be so ahhhh particularly for the price.

Not for me, to be fair, it seemed quality, and was a decent price. If you need something even slightly soft, keep looking, impressive amount of filling, would be great for someone without neck issues, the 1st night I was okay with it, by the 3rd night I had a stiff neck because once you are laying on it, it will not let you move. I did not return them because there was nothing wrong with them, I took a chance at this type of filling, now I just use it for back support in my work chair.

Very nice product. My kids love them. Adjustable and cooling. :) perfect
