Dehydrated Recipes, great for someone who can follow directions

I love this book! Very good ideas and I have a dehydrator that I love! I wanted to dehydrate oranges and holiday fruit so that I have a nice smelling potpourri. I need to try alot of things as I love creativity!

This book is like the bible of dehydrating! It really is "complete". A must have if you garden too. Lots of recipes in the back too!

Fairly complete guide to start dehydrating. Well explained instructions and good pictures. The recipes are very nice to have and well written. As a dehydration novis this book helped me get started.

I used my dehydrator for the first time a couple of weeks ago for dehydrating fruit for Fall decorating. The apples were so good I chose to make a cream cheese dip and eat them. Not as impressed with the citrus for eating but they make great decorating additions. Starting more today to add to Christmas decorations. The cookbook is so helpful on how to use the dehydrator and prepare several useful recipes.
