Fast, compatible, no issues using it as a boot drive
This product knows what it is: a cheap flash drive, ultra-compatible, that just works no software or encryption or other nonsense involved. I was able to download a Linux Mint ISO on my Windows box, burn it to the flash (or I suppose technically just write it to the flash) and use it as a boot drive for that same machine and another netbook I had without complaints. It's not the latest greatest USB 3+ but it just works well enough and I was concerned the more expensive Samsung and SanDisk options wouldn't be as compatible with Linux and required additional configuration I couldn't be bothered with. Great value here.
