This muzzle is great for my aggressive female german shepherd. it’s great quality and is a good size for a great price. it’s very durable and easy to use for us. i am a minor but this is good for me and my dog. the straps are very off though. there are not enough holes to make it tight enough for the strap behind her head but otherwise it’s a great muzzle

I have a female GS who is on the petite side. We bought the size 1 muzzle and are very happy with the quality and fit of the muzzle! I can feed her small treats through it, and she has plenty of room to pant and pick her nose!!

Measuring my dog was the biggest chore. But the muzzle did work. My other dog chewed it off my troublemaker. lol...FREEDOM!

but o boy was I in for a surprise! There is quite literally everything wrong with this horrible muzzle! In no way was I prepared for my dog being tortured like this!! To start with, the size is really off. At first I was happy that the seller gave detailed instructions on how I should measure my dog to get a correct size for him, and that there are plenty of images showing how the muzzle should sit on dog`s head, but they turned out to be completely useless. That is because the sizing info that the seller gives is completely wrong! I went out of my way to measure my dog according to the pictures, so I can assure you that it is not my mistake that I got a size that is way too small!!! But that is only half the trouble. We managed to put the muzzle on Roger and he wore it for around two hours until we started to notice how uncomfortable he was. He was trying to take the muzzle of with his paw and by rubbing his head against stuff, and in general seemed to be in huge distress. Of course I took it right off and discovered that the "leather" straps rubbed behind his ears so hard that they left big red spots! The redness went away eventually, but he was scratching behind his ears for a couple of days after it. I don`t know whether it was an allergy to this cheap material or a rash from rubbing, but either way I am not putting my dog through that ever again. Obviously I am very upset about this entire experience.

My German Shepard/ Rottweiler dog needs to be muzzled from time to time because he gets aggressive towards other dogs. We purchased this one because of the metal cage, since he’s been able to rip through the Velcro type. Maybe he’s just crazy strong, but he’s been able to successfully rip through not one, but TWO, of these muzzles as well. Both times the leather straps gave out, and we’ve made sure it fit perfectly to avoid this from happening, but it still happens. We tried purchasing the muzzle straps separately, but that can’t be done according to the company. Long story short, it’s money down the drain if your dog has an insanely strong jaw like mine.

For the price point, I was extremely impressed with the quality and how easy it is to use. I have a GP and she’s 135lbs with severe vet anxiety due to past trauma. After a major health emergency this muzzle made it easier for the new vet staff to gain her trust. Unlike the ones that wrap around the muzzle, this one allows them to pant and reduces anxiety. Highly recommended to keep your puppy and others safe in stressful situations.

Guter Maulkorb, auch für einen Dobermann Rüden. Die zwei Riemen sind super, weil sie viel Stabilität geben und der Hund kann den Maulkorb auch nicht von selbst ausziehen oder einfach "rausschlüpfen". Die Lederpolsterung vorne gibt einen angenehmeren Tragekomfort. Man muss aber dazusagen, dass dieser Maulkorb wenig bis gar keinen Platz zum Gähnen oder viel Hecheln gibt.

The sizing information is very inaccurate! I have a Malinois and the largest size is teensy, it doesn’t even come close to fitting over his snout. Despite this listing repeating over and over that it is for a German Shepherd...it isn’t! Perhaps a border collie or Australian shepherd would be able to wear this.

Got one of these for my German Shepherd who is reactive to other dogs. It's a great muzzle as he's still able to drink and eat treats. Plenty of adjustment options with the long straps, and a nice little padded bit for on the top where the muzzle rests on his nose. My boy is happy with his muzzle, and so am I.
