They are a fairly standard, large-ish size, if you don't like swallowing big capsules, you might not like them. But they are smooth, and I had no problem with them.

Hello, I no longer take this brand. My changes are not due in any way to the mgf or the supplement itself. I am always shopping for a deal on something like this. Re Soy: I had to go back to the brand page (not on Amazon) for the information -- which has ZERO answers for youNo Artificial Flavor or Sweetener, No Preservatives, No Sugar, No Starch, No Milk, No Lactose, No Gluten, No Wheat, No Yeast, No Fish, Sodium Free. .I would suggest contacting the brand if you are sensitive to soy. Wish I could be more help
