Just cutting out those drinks I've been able to eat pretty much the same, so yea these pills are a game changer for someone in my situation.

These actually kept my weight the same for over 10 years!

My husband and I love this product. I actually only use half because I tend to be sensitive to supplements. So I bought empty capsules and pour half of the product into the empty capsule and use it that way. My husband can use the whole thing . We use these on a daily basis for energy in the afternoon. We love them.
