Q: Does theses fit an extended cab Sierra. Someone commented they did not. Don’t want to order something that doesn’t fit.

Depending on the year of your vehicle, extended cab should make no difference. However, the correct year is critical as GMC has multiple sets depending on the year of your vehicle.

Q: Does it include 4 to do the back wheels?

yes all 4 shoes only sold in sets of 4

Q: Do the two front shoes have the pin to hold the self adjuster piece?

Yes they do - these shoes were a direct replacement of the shoes on the back of my 2011 Chevy crew cab 4x4 truck.
