I have found this a good product since I bought it 2 months ago however it has started to make a noise which is a bit concerning but I found turning off and on again did the trick. Sadly it seems to be getting worse and happens during use after a while, meaning I have to stop. It also has started to need to be taken off my leg and put on again when on glide as it stops flashing but will flash again as soon as I put it back on. Very disappointing as I had started to notice a difference.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this to try as I have had 2 big branded ones previously that had hefty price tags and both had faults. I am very happy I did - it's a much better price, it's easy to use and has a countdown telling you how much times you still have to use it. Another great function is you slide it along a larger area surface like your legs continually zapping the hairs without waiting for the bulb to reset. I found it a lot lighter, easier, and faster to use than my 2 previous ones. I've used it 4 times since I got it and have tested it on a small patch above my ankle just to compare and already it has made a difference 👌 love it so much easier than an epilater or waxing and pain free 😍

It’s a great product in terms of look and feel and easy to use however, I feel like I’ve been using this forever with little results. Maybe just not for me.

My initial impression was its amazing. But after 2 sessions of laser the machine has started showing wrong numbers of flashes. I used approx. 500 flashes in 1 session but it now shows 444500. Surely I'm disappointed. Can i get a replacement?Well, I have now changed my review from 1 star to five for after sales services. Due to machine defect the supplier first had sent me a video instructions to correct the display machine but it didn't work. After that he had sent me another new machine again as a compensation and I am highly impressed. Supplier is very prompt in his response. I can't comment much on the result of the hair growth as after 3 session I don't see much change. I will update my reviews after I have had few more sessions.

Really like this product, I was getting my treatment done in a salon prior to COVID-19 and so when my hair started to grow back I purchased this. I am on my third week of using the product and I am impressed. It is easy to use, quick & I am already starting to see results. The number on my screen went down quite a lot in the first use and then has been moving up and down but if you ignore that I would rate this 5 star. Still a way off hairless but doing it 3 times a week in certain areas I am defo seeing a difference.

I read the good reviews for this product and was really hoping that it would work.as I have fast growing dark hair. However after 5 weeks of using this every other day on my underarms and bikini line I have seen absolutely no difference in hair growth. Disappointed it hasn't worked but the customer service was great and I received a full refund due to the product being in warranty still.

Having spent a fortune on hair removal over the years thanks to PCOS, I was keen to try an “at home” method to keep costs low. I was a bit worried about buying an IPL machine for such a low cost, in case it didn’t work or was cheaply made. I needn’t have worried because this machine is so well made and seems to be doing the trick. As with all IPL machines, it takes time to see long term results, but I am over the moon so far!

The instruction makes it sound like your hair is gone in 6 months but NO WAY! I used this for about 5 months and I may feel there is a patch (=hair no longer grows back) here and there. Although I understand there is a difference in progress per person, skin type or hair type , I still think my result was very poor. Yet I continued the treatment, then it ( bulb) blew while using. It still had more than 800,000 flash left... Can't recommend.
