Novex Brazilian Keratin Deep Conditioning Mask, 35.3 oz - Reconstructive Keratin, Frizz control & Damage Repair

WOW! THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING FOR MY HAIR!!! And I received in in a timely fashion right to my mail box!! I am the type of person who does not mind "sharing the wealth", in fact I think that is how things SHOULD be - Therefore, I do not mind telling you: I could cry I am SO HAPPY with this Novex Product. I initially got a sample of this through a monthly make-up subscription which sends you quality products for your use at a great deal also. I did not expect such a happy accident so I was thrilled when for once, something that promised one thing, did not wind up leaving my hair feeling like dry straw from a barn!! It was the complete opposite! Being in Canada, I tried to see if my local beauty supply shop had this product - they had no idea what I was talking about, and did not carry it. I kept looking around, and as far as I know, this product is not sold directly anywhere here, therefore, where to go? Well- Amazon, of course!! [And the angels rejoiced]. My hair is a medium curly blend of my ethnicities, being African and European. We are renowned to have issues with dry naturally curly hair, and are constantly on the hunt for the next best, better elixir that is going to replenish and provide that much sought after deep conditioning and moisturizing that other products, combined with climate robs from us and our hair everyday. My hair has NEVER BEEN SO SOFT as after using this conditioner. Nor has it ever responded so well to a beauty flat iron with having used this conditioner - even if I do not straighten my hair and just wear it curly, I have NEVER had such SOFT curls!! It even made them looser and more manageable. I do not put any chemicals in my hair. I only use shampoo and this conditioner. Sometimes I leave some in, sometimes I don't. It doesn't matter, this product made my hair like butter, honestly, like never before. I had also researched other reviews after trying my sample, just to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and found girls from all different hair types reviewing and I genuinely only saw positive feed back as well, not one "horror-story" - so was like "okay!!" Best decision EVER for me and for anyone else who ever struggles with frizz at times. My hair looks amazing and my confidence has bumped up exponentially. I stocked up just in case it suddenly becomes unavailable to me - I would be completely devastated if for some reason I could not have access to this product now that I have. It is my holy grail for complete hair care, and I will be interested to expand to the shampoo, conditioner, and all other related products by this brand as they apply to me, because I truly do not believe I need to continue using any other name brand on my hair.. So, these guys now have a customer for life as long as they stay true to their product, which by the other reviews I read too, I don't think they would be silly enough to mess with or change something that is working so well for so many people. Also: last point, it is very reasonably priced and affordable so for those who cannot afford hundreds of dollars at a salon for Brazillian blow-outs or anything so excessive, but want soft hair, this is the BEST most affordable alternative that I could recommend to anyone, ethnic hair or not. Have a great day guys, honestly give this a go, I highly doubt you'd regret it and I hope this review helps you too in your decision making!!! P.S. I ReALLY. I received a sample of this in a beauty box and noticed that my hair, which is fine, dry and damaged, felt much softer and was more manageable. I ordered the large jar and I'm very happy with it. I rely on coconut oil for my deep conditioning because it's the only thing that has really transformed the health of my hair (and I've tried many, many things), but this makes a great regular-use conditioner for me. I shampoo, then apply the product. I add a bit of water and distribute it through my hair, letting it sit for about 30 seconds before combing it through my very tangle-prone hair. Then I leave it on for about 5-10 minutes and rinse. My hair is much more manageable when I blow it out, it's softer, and it isn't totally dry again the next day. I'm amazed by how well this works. I can't give it a 5 because it doesn't do what the coconut oil or professional keratin straightening services do for my hair, but it's the best thing I've found next to those for keeping my hair soft and manageable. I recommend highly if you have dry, misbehaving, tangle-prone, fine hair, and I can't beat the price when compared to what I've spent on much pricier "salon" and "premium" products that haven't done nearly as much for my hair.

I have extremely coiled, coarse hair (think 4C squared!) and had really high hopes for this product based on the reviews. The item was well packaged and sealed with no leakage of the product. The scent is light but lasting (same intensity today as when I used it 4 days ago.) I used it as per instructions and I must admit my hair looked silkier and smoother. But the true test would be the comb test when my hair is dry and it failed miserably. I still couldn't get the comb through with one pass and had the resort to just wrapping my hair and rocking a wig until I decide my next move with my hair - transition or relax it. So overall, good conditioning product but I expected more from a keratin treatment.

Works really well. My 10 yr old has thick hair that is constantly knotted. This helps smooth and keep set angles for a day or two.
