I amending my review because the company reached out to me and offed to replace my defective unit and so I'm giving them another chance and that kind of customer serive you don't see often I really appreciate that. It was outside the Worked great had 160psi on a chain saw tryed use the gauge a few weeks later and it won't work right it shows 70psi on the gauge even though another gauge says 160. I have tried it 3 more times on different machines replaced rings and the check valve and still does not work right I'm not sure what's going on with it I have tried to pressure rise the lines and fittings for leaks and found none . Used another gauge to double check it. I missed the return window by 5 days so I'm stuck with it.

This is a very nice kit.I already have a 14 mm extension tube that runs down that you can put the tester on. I’ve never been comfortable with the testers that you put a rubber hose in with an O-ring because on a rare occasion it’s really hard to get those out and I’m speaking from a spark plug it down inside the head, for example, on a twin motor like it’s a great price. I think you’ll be happy with it.What about the rubber hoses have the solid straight tube and one angular tube that you put the meter directly on and you don’t have to worry about something coming loose. You just have somebody in the car tap the starter a few seconds and then you read the spark plug cylinder kit.

This unit does not have an in-line schrader valve in the pressure line.It can not give accurate readings on a small engine.May be fine for large bore engines.
