Miracle eye relief for itchy, gritty allergy eyes.
If you have ever suffered from unrelenting gritty, itchy allergy eyes, this product will save your life. I have seasonal allergies (amped up by my golden retriever's fur) plus I spend hours on the computer each day doing detailed work for my job. So between allergies and eye strain, I often feel like someone has thrown sand in my eyes. I also live in a windy desert region, so there are times when I actually do have sand thrown in my eyes. My eye doctor prescribed Pataday 5 years ago and it was a game changer. In the Pataday product reviews I see people mention "how expensive" this product is. Expense is relative (in my opinion) based on how badly your eyes need relief from allergies and other irritants. But is it expensive? My experience says no. A couple of years ago, my employer's insurance plan at that time would not cover the Pataday prescription. So I had a choice of paying the non-prescription cost, which was $260.00, or go without. $260 for this product is expensive, and sadly, I had to go without it. Seeing it available on Amazon today for as low as $10 makes me jump for joy and I feel grateful I can start to use it again. I see the other popular brands of allergy relief eye drops selling for the same price as Pataday, so am puzzled by people's complaints about its price. I just prioritize my budget to make my eyes a priority and treat them with a quality product that works super well for me. The $10+ cost is a blessing, from my experience.
