Not easy to figure out which cable goes to which radio.
I have 8 different HT's (I know, I know) and was looking for a way to not have to carry programming cables for all of them. I thought this would be ideal, and it is, except that it took an inordinate amount of time to figure out which cables go to which radio. There doesn't seem to be a guide, so it was a tedious trial and error effort. Other than that, it is a great product, and once you get it figured out (and the cables labeled for the proper radio) it makes it real easy. You don't have to carry, or weed through, a pile of programming cables.

Just one small detail
This cable works perfectly with Manjaro Linux, Raspberry Pi and Mac OS. Tested in the three OS with CHRIP.The downside is that you have to guess which cable to use, it's not easy to view, and also needs a marking to identify the end that goes to the USB connection. The only way to get through this was trial and error.

Great cable for programming compatible radios
Please save yourself the time and headache of not using an FTDI cable and just get this. This specific cable is recommended by many veteran HAMs and I can see why. This turns what could be a big headache into a "plug-and-play" solution. Has a plethora of connectors for several different radios and would also make a great gift for someone that has some HTs (Handy Talkie / some small handheld radios).

Does not work with BTECH UV-25X4
Just wanted everyone to know that this cable does NOT work with the BaofengTech (BTECH) UV-25X4 radio.

If your cable does not sit flat, you need to cut the plastic until it does
I have a Baofeng GT-3TP. The cable wouldn't work regardless of the CHIRP settings I applied. I noticed that the cable did not sit flat when connected to the radio since there is plastic on the cable that is in the way. So, I took a sharp razor and carefully shaved off this plastic. Then it was able to sit flat, and the cable immediately worked. Look at the connection in the attached image. See how the black plastic of the cable does not touch the radio above the connection? That's because I had to shave it off.

Great cable kit but...
.. I can't get it to work on a Baofeng UV3R. I guess there are two different wiring configurations on this radio and these cable bits fit but cannot program the radio.Still holding onto it to use with better radios..

No tags as to which cable works with what and some are identical in appearence
The quality looks great and they were delivered quickly. However, several of the cables are identical in appearance with no obvious way to determine which radio they work with. I tried to go to the web page but, all I found was a facebook page. I would really like something other than trial an error to figure which cable is which.
