Great IR Lights
I was looking into IR light therapy and my friend recommended these lights. They work very well (you also have to buy a 300 W housing for the bulb). I'll sit between 12 and 18 inches away from the light for about 15 minutes at a time. I've used this on my shoulder, knee, low back, and feet. It works really well at increasing circulation and warming up the area. Just be careful and use common sense.

Great for joint pain
I bought this as an alternative to going to the infrared sauna's to try and help with joint pain from multiple Auto Immune conditions. I wish I had done so sooner! I use this almost daily for for my hands, back, and knees. The warmth it emits is great but the relief I get that last an entire day after makes this the best purchase I have made for 2020!

It really works !!
I have been using infrared for therapy on my joints for some time. I was pleased when I saw TheraBulbs new 300 Watt near infrared bulb. I previously been using their 250 Watt to great effect and chose them to to their RoHS safety rating and certified laboratory results on near infrared wavelength output. I have found TheraBulb's 300 Watt bulb gives off quite a bit more irradiance than 250 Watt bulbs and works well to cover the entire area of my injured knee. I have posted a picture using it in the therapy lamp I bought on Amazon. Also, another picture comparing it to the 250 Watt TheraBulb. The 300 Watt bulb has a slightly longer neck which works well in the therapy lamp I bought on Amazon. I use it for 10 minutes twice a day and find that the deep penetrating infrared heats up the joint and increases circulation, reduces pain and increases my mobility. It's great to be able to find affordable infrared therapy you can do yourself at home.

Loved it until it prematurely burned out.
First time buying the higher level so I got a new voltage sturdy hood, Was warm and the wattage helped me use one vs my two previous ruby lux ones, however it had about an hour of life in it. So I’ll return to rubylux in the future, I feel mailing lightbulbs might be what causes this, as it was thicker and I was less worrier around it than rubylux

Definitely warmer than the 250 watt
This was purchased for a home-made bathroom sauna. We had two 250 watt near infra-red bulbs and added this 300 watt bulb - it was all that was available at the time. Now it feels at the right temperature. Good so far. Be sure to have a socket appropriate for any wattage used. We used brooder lamps with bulb guards attached to plywood like a stop light. We also added deep red grow light bulbs for added health benefits - four to six is ideal. We draped the longest shower curtain I could purchase over two additional tension shower curtain rods to create a lowered ceiling to trap in heat. Portable and less expensive than a fixed structure. It's been a great addition.

Heats up fast and furious
Heats up within seconds. The heat is intense. I use it to warm up my sore back several times a day. My back is not cured as yet.

Warming Lightbulb
Warm, but not hot. Works great with understanding of what it does.

No lo recomiendo. Es muy frágil y bastante caro. Y al venir de UK cobran aranceles además de gastos de envío. Me siento timada y estoy enfadada.
