Excellent healthy cinnamon!
Love this, order it on the regular to jazz up oatmeal without adding bad stuff. High quality and I am a spice snob. This has less coumadin and will not thin your blood with daily consumption nearly as much which is a more serious problem with say saigon cinnamon. It is a less intense flavor than my favorite roasted organic Saigon, but I take other meds that conflict a bit and this is still delicious. Not saying Saigon is bad or anything just consider switching to Ceylon if you are eating a lot of it or are concerned about blood thinning or on meds that contraindicate. If on powerful thinners, even this might be a problem, ask your dr I guess. Impossible to find in supermarkets usually.

Clean, Reliable, and Great Quality
I originally started buying this when it was one of the options not affected by the cinnamon recalls, and I’ve continued using it since. The quality is excellent. The texture is fine and smooth, and the flavor is warm, balanced, and not overly harsh. It smells fresh and clean right out of the container — exactly what you want from a good cinnamon. There’s no odd or off scent, and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. It’s one of those simple staples that you end up using regularly, and this feels like a more reliable, consistent option compared to others I’ve tried. For the price, especially as a multi-pack, it’s a great value and something I feel good keeping stocked. It’s a fine grind. It’s the right color. It’s a well blended cinnamon. It’s sealed the appearance is lovely. I wouldn’t stick my nose directly in it because you’ll sneeze, but it smells wonderful. #AmazonFinds #AmazonFine #Chihuahuamom #Dobermanmom #LuxeLife #IntentionalLiving #ConsciousLiving #MindfulLiving #CleanLiving #KitchenStaples #OrganicLiving #EverydayEssentials #QualityIngredients

Tastes and smells like good Ceylon to me...
Some comments question the flavor and strength. Ceylon is normally not as strong of flavor as Cassia cinnamon. Perhaps that is the difference. From Brave AI: "The two main types of cinnamon are Ceylon cinnamon (often called "true cinnamon") and Cassia cinnamon. While both come from the Cinnamomum tree family, they differ significantly in flavor, appearance, coumarin content, and health implications. Ceylon cinnamon is native to Sri Lanka and prized for its delicate, sweet, citrusy flavor and low coumarin levels, making it safer for regular consumption. Cassia cinnamon, which includes subtypes like Saigon, Korintje, and Chinese cinnamon, is more common globally—especially in the U.S.—due to its strong, spicy flavor and lower cost, but it contains significantly higher levels of coumarin, which may pose liver risks with prolonged overuse." I put the Cinnamon on my Oatmeal. Ceylon compliments the Oats with mild, mellow flavor. Supposedly helps remove blood vessel deposits.

And A Don't Forget the Cinnamon
No lie I purchased this cinnamon because Jen Jones said it was The best kind to Purchase!!! This cinnamon is delicious! I taste like the Cinnamon straight off the stick, very fresh! Quality is A1!! I Used to make French toast and to top my matcha frappe! It's a bit pricey BUT it's so worth it!!!

The Fancy Cinnamon That Makes My Oatmeal Feel Expensive
I didn’t expect cinnamon to have personality, but Ceylon cinnamon absolutely does. Compared to standard grocery-store cinnamon, this one has a lighter, smoother flavor that feels less sharp and more balanced. The flavor is warm and aromatic without that overly strong bite some cinnamon powders have. Great for baking, oatmeal, coffee, and anything cozy. The powder is fine and fresh-smelling right out of the jar. Works beautifully in both sweet recipes and spiced drinks. The simple glass jar packaging keeps the spice fresh and easy to store. The only minor downside is that the flavor is subtle compared to regular cinnamon, which some people might interpret as weaker. Overall though, it’s a nice upgrade if you enjoy cooking or baking and want something that tastes a bit more refined.

Enjoy Your Spicy Cinnamon Without the Worry of Too Much Coumarin
CEYLON CINNAMON IS THE BEST OF CINNAMON VARIETIES! It’s touted to be the best for Cardio benefits and blood/sugar levels and inflammation. I very much appreciate that. It also contains some 250 less amounts of coumarin as does the more common Cassia Cinnamon which can be hard on your liver if used in great amounts should you be a lover of cinnamon as am I. Ceylon cinnamon is less strong, bold and spicy than Cassia cinnamon but for that trade-off, who wants to potentially endanger their liver? Please do the research for yourself for your own health. Plus this one being reviewed has the added benefit of it being ORGANIC. YOU CAN’T GO WRONG!

Buen producto. Pero si es algo caro en comparación a la canela "normal".

Received these in good condition. First time purchase. Taste well and fragant. Put in my morning coffee daily.

It doesn’t have the sharp cinnamon taste. It tastes almost like dust, and the smell has only a very slight hint of cinnamon. Unfortunately, it seems to be adulterated.
