a great tool for rehabilitation of your sore and achy feet. Reasonable price for this tool.
For the longest time, the only available product like this was the Yamuna Foot Savers. Very expensive, yet worth every penny. I lost my pair and didn't really want to spend over $100.00 to replace the pair. It turns out I hadn't actually lost them. These are slightly larger size and a tiny bit less intense than Yamuna's However once you know how to use these to rehab your feet, the functionality is essentially the same at a much lower price. If you have sore feet or tight, dysfunctional these are fantastic solution. You still have to do the exercises regularly and it will start out painful. But it will resolve most of people's foot issues. I highly recommend these. You can also place them on your chair and wall surfaces, but I have ones that stay in place and are a bit taller that will do a better job than these.

If you're human you need these
As a pilates instructor and functional strength trainer, I see so many people with foot issues. The half balls are very effective in breaking up the "congestion" in feet and lengthening the muscles of the feet. Most of my client's buy these at my recommendation and are so pleased with the benefits this simple product gives them with daily use. Personally, I use them almost daily for about 5 to 10 minutes and wouldn't want to be without them.

Too firm for me
Well made product, no funky smell. Just too firm for me. I will return item and look for a similar but softer set.

Helps
Good for feet and back

Good, but could be smaller.
They are good quality, but would work better if they were slightly smaller, like the Yamuna foot savers. Smaller would give more specific therapeutic effects; i.e., smaller means you can work on smaller section of the foot at one time, isolating the different areas.

Just what the trainer ordered
I ordered these for my husband on the recommendation of his trainer. My husband is training for a race and was having issues with his feet. The trainer recommended these to help stretch out his feet. He says most of his pan is gone.

Dishwashing aid…
I have one under my desk at work and one on the floor in front of the kitchen sink, it’s a great time to stretch your arches and calves!

Works good, using it for my back sometimes when my back is a bit out.

These are very hard and firm. I wanted to use them as lumbar support for ab exercises but they feel like rocks under my back. Sadly, they are not returnable which I did not notice before I ordered them.
