Great product and works as advertised. Smooth speed control, no vibration. My skill however, different story.

This wheel does what it's supposed to. The only improvement I would suggest would be some sort of suction cup on the bottom to hold it in place better so it doesn't move when the wheel is on high speed. Other than that, it's such a cute little wheel and we're having fun on it!

Opened product and it's obviously been used before. I'm returning. The plates are scratched and have caked on clay. Box of the item is scratched up. The plug doesn't fully connect. DO NOT BUY.

This machine is not suitable for throwing clay... best bet is to mold something by hand and use the tools inlcuded to add designs and smooth on the wheel. The moment you try and add any pressure the wheel completely stops. This was a gift for my 7 year old daughter, and even with a minimum amount of pressure applied by her the wheel would not turn... Not for throwing clay. Not sure what I was expecting here, but a relatively inexpensive experiment regardless.Lesson of the day: Spend the money... by a real wheel - make any size pot you like.

Not really powerful enough to do the job. Any slight pressure will slow down the wheel.

If you are planning to use this for pottery, save your money. Slightest pressure stops the wheel.
