Good for sunspots, freckles and hyperpigmentation
This is a great product. It's a bit thin/watery to use in my SoCal climate, but I use this item post microneedling and has really helped reduce my sunspots, freckles and hyperpigmentation.

Excellent customer service
UPDATE I've been using this nightly for a few weeks, and my skin is definitely smoother overall. It has begun lightening my dark spot, but it's gradual, but I definitely would recommend spreading it thinly over your entire face, because there is a demarcation where the lightening has started, albeit very slight. I was a little heavy handed on a couple of nights, and saw some slight peeling, so thin layers are probably best. So, overall, a pretty solid product, does what it claims. Will definitely re-purchase.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I bought this serum based on a Youtube review by Penn Smith. I've used it a few nights now and my skin feels plump and moisturized. I requested a higher percentage of Tranexamic Acid and JJLabs responded immediately to confirm my request. They included a detailed ingredient list with the purchase. I will update my review once I'm able to tell if the Tranexamic acid has lightened my mild hyper-pigmentation on my cheeks. But so far so good, no irritation whatsoever. The most impressive thing about this serum is that it's made fresh to order. Hopefully, they will increase their line of products.

Disappointing
I waited a bit to write this review. I used this product religiously for 60 days now (morning and night),I see and feel no change in my skin. It doesn't feel any different after application, other than a little dry maybe. Age spots have not lightened, hormonal acne not improved. A friend tried a different brand of vitamin C, and she let me try hers to compare. I've been using it 4 days and can see/feel a difference. I will purchase the brand she tried next time. I would not recommend this product, or order it again.

Good value
Came sealed, in a dark bottle and in a dark pouch, which was nice to keep light out. I've only been using for a week, but I have noticed a little fading of a dark spot I have under my eye. I've been using morning and night along with other moisturizer. A little goes a long way and I think this is a good value for the money because this will last a good while. I'll review back at a later date as to if the brown disappears completely...fingers crossed!
