Kids Melatonin

These are the best ones I’ve found thus far! Unlike most ppl I know who struggle to get their kids to take melatonin my kids beg for this 😆 I guess they really love how they taste! . I say for sure with my 3 yr old I give him one and I have a solid 15 mins before he needs to be in bed or he turns into the crankiest lil guy ever! He sleeps through the night no issue but he really isn’t a problem even without it, just sometimes he needs help getting there and this does it. They work really quick and very well!!!!

My daughter prefers these to any other brand! They have a light taste almost apricot like. The other brand always have a heavy fake berry flavor that would make her almost gag. These are easy to east, easy to swollen, have a slick texture and are smaller than others. Great value for my daughter to actually enjoy!

This item arrived in one day! My daughter has a hard time falling asleep on her own, she’s wild and restless & I’ve never met another child with the level of energy she has at night. I tried countless methods of getting her to bed at a normal hour, so many different bed time routines failed. Even after playing hard all day she’d be up until 3 am most nights and only sleep about 4 hours before she’d be up again for the day. Sometimes even waking up multiple times, and tossing and turning. It was making every day so difficult for her! We tried multiple different brands, most would make her over tired and she’d remain awake in a terrible mood. & the ones that were half way decent were hard gummies & not easy to chew, had weird powdery residue or just tasted horrible. This is the perfect mg, a great flavor & they’re soft and easy to chew. I give her one at bedtime, about 20-30 minutes after she’s very relaxed and asking to go to her bed. She falls asleep peacefully & sleeps great through the entire night. I like that it doesn’t “knock her out” but just calms her so she can go to sleep on her own. The packaged bottle came with an outside seal around the cover and an additional seal under the lid, love that! I wish the sold these in a larger quantity but aside from that I am pleased! Will be purchasing again !

My son (Almost 6) has always been a night owl. I’ve tried many different children’s melatonin from Amazon/in stores and could never find one that worked well for us. I knew school would be starting soon and really needed to get his bedtime routine set so that he had enough sleep for a full day of kindergarten. These have worked great for us. They’re not coated in a bunch of sugar and my son says the flavor is good. I’ve tried it myself it is peachy, but not too sweet and there’s definitely a slight herbal taste to it but not strong. Texture is like a soft/springy gummy bear. After trying it myself it gave me a sense of calmness and basically lulls me to sleep. I think the slightly higher dosage of melatonin .5mg more than the usual 1mg and the herbal blend make a huge difference. Most of the children’s melatonin we’ve tried has always had 1mg or less and no herbs. The key is to keep a bedtime routine in combination with the melatonin. I give it to my son about 30 min to an hour before bedtime after a bath then it’s brush teeth, pajamas, lights down, and quiet time in bed. Always within 30 min to an hour and a half at most he’s sleeping. I plan to eventually have him off of the melatonin, but for now it works for us because I would rather him settle into a routine and be well rested vs. not have enough sleep and fight to be awake. I am grateful for these as it has been a great help with getting my son’s sleep routine in order before school started and in general.

Works well for melatonin. The gummy size was good and it wasn’t sticky but most of my kids did not like the flavor which is why I ranked it 4 out of 5 stars.

My poor son hates bedtime more than anything else in the world. For the 8 and a half years of his life, bedtime has been an hour or more of tears, frustration, me lying down in bed with him, every relaxation technique known to man, bribes, punishments, bedtime stories, mattress pads, different pajamas... I swear to you, I was at my wits' end, and so was he. He was crying on my shoulder at midnight two months ago, "Why can't I just sleep? How do you do it?" And I just... I couldn't help him. He has ADHD, and part of it for him is he just can't turn his brain off. His dad's ex-wife and I were chatting, and she told me she gives her daughter Melatonin gummies. I was disbelieving; Melatonin doesn't work for me, why would they work for him? But she encouraged me to give them a try, so I ordered these. People, this changed my life. I swear to you. They changed my son's life. I'm leaving this review now because I'm on the product page buying another bottle of them. I don't ever want to go back to bedtime without gummies. 15 minutes. That's all it takes. We still have to have some routine and put on bedtime music for him to fall asleep to, they're not a sedative, he still has to relax in bed. But before, he would relax in bed for an hour and a half. Now, it's literally 15 minutes. I almost cried the first night. I was skeptical- would these work? Would they keep working night after night? Yes. Yes yes yes yes yes. He's finally SLEEPING. The gummies themselves: they're soft and easy to chew. My son is very picky, and didn't love the flavor at first, but it's grown on him. He gives the flavor 4 out of 5. It doesn't seem to matter if he takes these on an empty stomach. And I give them some lead time to start working before bed, but it doesn't seem to matter if he takes one an hour before bed or 30 min before. There have been times we've gotten home late from visiting relatives, and had to give him his gummy and stick him straight in bed, and it's hard to tell at that point whether the gummy still works exactly the same or if he's tired from having a big day, but he's still out in about 20 minutes. Our routine now is that 30 minutes before lights out, he takes a gummy and brushes his teeth. Then he lies down, he gets to watch one episode of a show, then we change the TV to a nature documentary (always the same one) to give his ADHD brain something to focus on, and he's out in 15 minutes. Sometimes less. This is insane. I'm not 100% sure it's not magic. You have no idea the relief of, after almost nine years of this child not sleeping, of bedtime being the worst battleground in our lives, of tears and frustration and trying every single thing we could possibly think of... finally... sleep. He just... sleeps. My baby is even happier than I am. He doesn't have to stress about it anymore; sleep just comes naturally like it's supposed to. I can't promise these will work for your kids. But I can tell you they're absolutely worth a try; they changed our lives.
