I'm in a much better mood
I have not tried other B vitamin brands, but I have noticed with this, I am so much more clear in the head and feel overall much better about everything in general. More than likely, I was very deficient in my B-Vitamins. Sluggish energy gone, better sleep, sharper mind. I will keep buying this brand.

Product was easy on the stomach and had no unpleasant flavor or taste. Seems to be of good quality. I have taken powdered nutritional yeast before and this seems to have the same quality. I will purchase it again in the future.

This product should be taken off Amazon for false and misleading advertising. It states that there are no synthetic ingredients. The B12 it contains is Cyanocobalamin and is a synthetic compound.
