Douglas Fletcher Red Fox Plush Stuffed Animal

Super cute and cuddly! Another quality plush from Douglas.

My fox was packaged with another heavy item which bent one of its ears back, and flattened some fur over that eye. Persistently bending the ear forward and pushing the fur back from that one eye is gradually correcting this. It is really, really, really cute and looks great on our bed. We have a family of foxes on our property, which makes this fox extra special!! I was reluctant to buy it because of the price, but it is worth every penny! Love it! Very realistic. Love the long, fluffy fur and the various color tones in the fur. Looks just like the foxes we occasionally see running across our property. I purchased this for decorative purposes, not to be played with; tho it gets a daily hug as I make our bed!

I LOVE this little fox! He is so lifelike. He is a Christmas gift for a granddaughter and I know she will love him. He is one of the cutest stuffies I've seen. No regrets on purchasing him!

Amazing quality, super cute, different textures super soft to snuggle good for a gift for like a three or four year-old any ages really but from three or four to any higher age

This fox is a wonderful gift for our fox-loving granddaughter. The fur is very soft and plush, and the fiberfill is firm enough to hold its shape but soft and very huggable. The size is slightly smaller than a real fox, or about the size of a medium sized cat, which is the perfect size for a young girl to carry around a lot. The fox never complains about being carried like the cat does, however. The coloring looks more realistic than most stuffed foxes, which is important for us because we have the privilege of closely watching real foxes, both native Texas gray and red foxes, as they play around in and wander through our backyard.

After searching several websites I could not find a single review on Fletcher Fox. This made me nervous, but I went for it and here is my review. The quality is excellent. It is definitely worth the extra cost to upgrade to Douglas' DLUX versions of its plush animals. Fletcher's expression is much sweeter in person that the photo portrays. I was concerned about a "caught in the headlights" look the stock photo represents. His fur's coloring is so lifelike. I downgraded 1 star because his head does not sit sit up as shown. His head can only rest on his paws. I have him on my bed, so as a way to better see his sweet face, I tucked a thick pair of socks under my bedspread to create a berm for him to rest his chest on and voila! much better angle. I thought his body would be longer. His head seems a bit large for his body, but this is minor compared to the quality of materials and how handsome he is.

I love this Fox!!! He is the perfect size. I love all of the different textures of fur. It’s so realistic that it reminds me of my cat. I got it as a gift for my grandson and he likes to pet it like you would a real animal, like a puppy or cat. It’s just beautiful. We both enjoy that his paws have weighted beans in them so that he can be perched places and not fall off. The price did not hurt at all considering the quality of this item. Mr. Fox will be loved for many many years!!!
