Great product, poor customer service
Excellent product as advertised. Very long delay due to address not properly written. If the address is to a cargo forwarding company. i.e Aramex, Shop & Ship, etc make sure the address is correctly written from the shipper. Store’s customer service was not great following up, very much handing the problem down to DPD for me to sort it out with them. DPD Ireland and Amazon were really helpful though. Considering the price I would have expected more interest in the shipper trying to offer some help.

Good bit of kit
Good bit of kit, easy to use. Ours runs every morning. Only 2 issue I had with this is it gets stuck under chairs. And it's doesn't go up to the no go lines, leave about a foot gap
