Easy to wrap, looks awsome, and it feels real grippy in the hand.

The middle handle/rail on my Stander mower had become slick over time and I found my fingers slipping occasionally so I figured I'd try some bar tape. I had used CNC tape previously and thought it would be a great application on the mower. The kit comes with two rolls to cover each side of a bicycle handle bar and I used one to cover the grab bar on my machine. The tape stretches and sits well and the adhesion strip help keep the tape in place. This resolved my slipping issue.

Looks good. Just like the picture. Bike shop guy said it wrapped and stuck well. No complaints from the wife on the grip, and it was a good deal.We will see how it holds up over time.Only neg would be so far is Its visibly less cushy than the photo and her old grips.

This tape it's just like the Fizik tape I usually get. It's thick, it has adhesive that helps it keep in place and it nicely matches my yellow bike.

Not the softest or squishiest but I like the texture and love the subtle color. I'm not a colored bar tape person but just a little color peeking through is great.

I could tell these were poor quality when I was wrapping my bars. I had to unwrap a portion to change the tape spacing and the adhesive pulled up the black surface from tape below.Then, after just one 50 mile ride the surface is wearing off. I ordered a different brand of tape after I wrapped my bars because I knew these weren’t going to last; but I thought I might get a few rides before they started to disintegrate… i was wrong. Noticeable wear after one ride. This is not for cyclists

This tape is adequate, does not have much stretch so trying to do a figure 8 around the shifters without wrinkles is difficult. It is a bit too thick at the edges so you don't get a really smooth surface. Feels quite stout though and will last pretty well.Other reviewers have added advice about wrapping, I have owned a bike shop and wrapped tape for 45 years. You never ever start on top, always start at the bar end. If not the wrap is the wrong direction and it will end up rolling. Does not matter whether you do a figure 8 or add an insert at the shifters. Some like to tuck the tape into the end of the bar and then use the cap to keep it tight or start smooth at the end, does not matter. Try and keep your wraps even and tight, adhesive should be just past your last wrap so it always touches the bar. When you end cut the tape to the width of your electrical tape and taper that cut back 3 inches. Run the tape only 1/8 inch onto the bar to keep it in place, more than that looks tacky adn wrap 3-4 times stretching the tape as you go, then end it under the bar(so your hands do not roll the tape off) and do not stretch the last couple of inches or it will unwrap, also try not to touch those last few inches with your fingers. If you want to to be really trick, get electrical tape(never use the pieces they give you) in a color that matches accents on your bike, mine is red, wrap it just 2 times then go back with black and rewrap all but the last 1/8 inch of the color. It gives you a really cool accent pulling together your tape job with the rest of your bike.
