Cutest incense burner
A quality burner that comes with incense that smells great, and burns evenly. It is fairly easy to sweep or gently blow the ash off the base between bricks of incense, and the top allows enough airflow to keep it burning.

Perfect for those who love Western decor and want to burn brick incense blocks
This is fabulous little burner for brick-style incense. I bought it to replace a similar one I had lost during my last move, and the quality on this one matches up with my old burner. I love the painted detail on the door and chimneys; I don't think my old one had that and this frankly looks better than what I recall of my former one. I love the smell of the blocks, as well as the redwood style bricks. Just a heads up, though, the bricks are pretty small, and can be hard to ignite and get positioned correctly all the time. Unlike incense sticks which are free standing and easy to light, these usually have to be held in your hand to light, and then you blow or wave it to get it going, and have to stand it upright inside the cabin. It's nothing super hard, but it can still be a bit tricky, especially if you are using matches and are trying to get the brick to catch before the match burns down to your fingers. One final note: the box it comes in has a very fun design on it, and can be displayed as a piece of western art all on its own. My mom is very big into Western decor, and she put the box on our fireplace mantle, alongside other western and vintage items. A nice little bonus!

Very cute. Get their Pinion incense to go with it!
Very cute! I get the Pinion Incense to go with it, which is made in Santa Fe New Mexico, and smells just like Santa Fe New Mexico!

Perfect for a grey day
I have liked this brand of pinon incense since I was a teenager sixty years ago. If you have a somewhat chilly, grey day, this incense seems to bring all the colors of the day together and creates a feeling of things being just right. The scent reminds me of a campfire . There is no cloying perfume smell like some incense has. The little teepee burner is cute and I think adds a little safety to burning the incense because it encloses the cone....if it falls over, the teepee is apt to keep it contained. Smoke rises out of the hole at the top.

Objects In Mirror...
I picked the Kiva Oven Burner, instead of one of the other ones, to go with the variety pack of incense ( 7 SCENT SAMPLER - NATURAL WOODINCENSES WITH HOLDER AND FORTY NINE BRICKS ); really good, by the way. I liked the look of the holder, and the design, so I ordered it. When the holder got here, I was not surprised by the size. Actually, I wasn't surprised by anything. The holder was in great shape, and the entire transaction was hassle free. Then I tried to use it with the first stick of incense. I'm an adult male, but while my hands aren't big, they're not necessarily tiny, either. After lighting the incense and still holding it with my thumb and forefinger, I go to place it in the holder. It made sense to go at it from the front of the burner, though the 'U' or 'V' opening at the front of the holder. My fingers wouldn't fit through the space with the incense to put it on the holder spot. After trying many different ways, and a couple of very minor burns, I ended up getting it in place. I had to basically hold it with the incense in an upright position, and then lower it down from the top of the holder to try to get it setting right. Just like a candle, it can get hot when not held right. Same thing here. Also, the location where you are supposed to place the incense stick isn't the best in the world, either. In the photo, where the incense is shown sitting, the stick is in a very shallow depression in the base of the holder. There are two of these, looking like a very shallow dais with the larger upper circle is the size of a nickle, and the smaller, lower of the two is about the size of a dime. These areas don't help in adding support to standing a long block on its short end. Overall, it's a nice little incense holder. I would have given it five-stars, but the design flaws (at least in the case of my fingers, your mileage may vary) keep me from it. It's not like it's a bad product, as I can see the reasoning for designing the holder the way they did. Just be prepared to feel a little burn before enjoying the smells of burning cedar.

Works great made well
We really like the Teepee incense burner. We burn incense on and off throughout the day almost everyday, and this little teepee along with using incenso de Santa f’e “incense of the west” bricks it just pulls it all together for a complete temporary trip to the south west, all their scents are very good being made from real wood dust. Not from who knows were made with who knows what. Ya these are made right here in the USA. The teepee works Womans the smoke comes out the top just like a real teepee would. Complete burn of the bricks every time. We like the look on our fireplace mantle. Get your self one! And try the 7 scent sampler of incense bricks.

Very nice wood incense burner cabin made out of clay, wonderful 'woodburning fireplace smell'
I took a chance on this product not knowing the dimensions of it. It measures 3.75" long x 2.5" high x 2.5" deep. The cabin is a very nice fired clay material that is heavy for the size and seems high quality. The picture made it look like it would be glass or porcelain so I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be clay...very uncommon and seems very natural. The cabin comes in two pieces: the bottom plate that the incense is placed on, and the top plate (the actual cabin) that rests on it once the incense has been started burning. The incense (a 20-brick pack of Pinon incienso de Santa Fe natural wood incense): I grew up in a house that has a wood-burning fireplace and this smells EXACTLY like that (for those that may remember). I now plan on buying the sampler package to try them all out. I highly recommend these products - the best $11 I've spent in a while lol :) Only one tip: following the directions for the incense...this is real wood and must be treated like real wood when burning it or it will go out. I found it works best to use a lighter on one end of it or about 30 seconds twisting the incense around and once it is going set it on the plate and blow on it for a while to 'stoke it' like a fire (longer than is normally needed for stick incense.) After about a minute, it will stay burning. Enjoy!!!! This stuff is pretty cool and would make an excellent little gift for anyone that enjoyed the good old days with actual wood-burning fireplaces in houses and/or campfires. It is a nice idea because you can enjoy the campfire smell even in the winter inside your house (even if you don't have a wood-burning fireplace). I'm contemplating buying a few of these for Christmas presents now lol

Nice winter memories of New Mexico.
I actually bought this as a gift for my neighbor. I burned one of the piñon incenses that I had for her and she really liked the scent. For me it brings back memories of NM at Christmastime when everyone is burning Piñon in their fireplaces. They offer some other scents but for me the piñon is the best. The little Kiva burner is pretty cool also. If you’re a fan of Piñon then buy one of these. I think you’ll like it!!
