Beautiful, functional, heavy, and great. Watch for potential increased baking time
Arrived in a timely manner and the best pie pans I have yet used. They did increase my baking time from 45 to 55 minutes to ensure the bottom crust was crisped but I really didn’t mind. My wife loved the color and she (and I) were impressed by the weight.

Impressive
Impressive. Nice finish. Not as bright as shown in my pics, but a very nice muted red. Not as deep as what I am used to (white pie plate on the right is much deeper) but cannot wait to start my fall pies in these new red pie plates. Very festive for fall and winter holidays.

The Best
The pie dish I purchased was the size of a regular store bought pie crust. I love, love, love the pie dish. My pies came out beautifully. For the first I had beautiful pies. I use the wavy design on this dish to help me mold the top of my pie crust. My pies cooked even with no problems. By the second day my pies were all gone. The pie dish clean up well. There heavier in weight compared to the Pyrex pie dish in my opinion. Which I love. I am hoping to have these pie dishes for years to come. The price was great. They stack and store nicely. Just beautiful

Beautiful ceramic pie dishes at a great price
I was searching for a deep ceramic pie dish that had a greater capacity than the standard 9-10 inch dish. I found exactly what I was looking for and at a great price from Le Tauci on Amazon. You receive two 9.5 x 2.5 beautiful white dishes that arrived in a well padded shipping container. Very pleased with the purchase and would certainly recommend them.

So far so good
Using these to bake 2-3 pies a week for the local Bistrot. Heavy solid stoneware…as long as you know how to treat/clean/use a glazed pottery piece they should last as long as I’m baking for the Bistrot. Just remember to up the temperature when baking with stoneware, and never shock ceramic pieces by putting on a cold surface when hot, or putting in a dishpan while hot, if you don’t totally submerge the piece. (A common problem with wait-staff and the Le Creuset ceramic ramekins.) btw this will happen with any ceramic piece. Even heat/cooling, not shocking the item

Item arrived broken (UPDATE)
UPDATE: My first order arrived broken into pieces based on how it was shipped. Amazon handled my replacement timely and arrived a few days after the first order, shipped this time inside of an Amazon box & no broken pieces. I am really happy with the purchase. These pie pans are beautiful!!I ordered the pie pans to make pies this weekend and it arrived broken in pieces, so I am returning and hoping the replacement arrives.
