Returning for very low quality
This skirt fabric was ok and what I expected, BUT the quality was the lowest I have ever seen in a garment. I'm returning it because the stitching was crooked and sloppy, the tie was crooked....looks like the person who sewed this was drunk or on drugs at the time. No quality control.
