Lightweight, strong, versatile, and affordable! I’m not a rock climber but I do a lot of roofing work. I hate cumbersome five point harnesses with their heavy anchor points on your back or chest. Black Diamond harnesses let me kneel or sit while working, give me traction to reduce muscle fatigue, and take the weight off my back as well. If I’m working with multiple people on the roof at the same time, I do an overhand knot on the rope and clip into that instead of using a sliding clip. Sometimes for a quick transition I’ll just weave it through the rope through the carabiner for a movable slider. Out of all my carabiners (I have probably ten hooked to my harness at all times) the black diamond ones are my absolute favorites. They’re low-dexterity friendly (think winter gloves and one handed maneuvers) and well designed all around.

Great carabiners. Very good Kn rating for the weight. They are light. If you don’t know what a kilo newton is you probably don’t need to be using these anyway. They are not NFPA rated though.

Smaller that expected, but still work great and I’m sure I would have realized if I did more research. Good quality and smooth gate lock, have not gotten jammed or stuck. I have used them a few times, and have noticed they do collect small dings and the paint/anodization has rubbed off pretty quickly. No wear to the aluminum itself. Work great, priced well compared to other brands, but I do wish all brands were just a bit cheaper.

A climbing rated carabiner (24kn) . Top build quality, Lightweight and easily to use. The carabiner shows little signs of wear after a year of use, still locks and operates freely. I use it for the quick attachment of Olympic rings and have no issues. Cheaper products are available but if injury is a possibility climbing rated equipment from a reputable brand is a must in my opinion.

I haven't used this carabiner for rock climbing I only use it as a key ring but as a key ring it works really well and it's cheaper than most keyrings. It hasn't come loose from my belt either.
