Stretch Band -
I know this is for dancers but I'm just an older person using it to stretch prior to and after treadmill workout. I also have arthritis in my ankle and likely in my knee from running marathons in my past. I have had some severe pain and swelling when I try to just walk so I needed this band to counteract the impact of my workout and it's very effective for my issues. Anything I can do to avoid surgery is a plus, so highly recommend this band.

Not for advanced Flexors
It’s a great place to START. If you are more on the hyper flex side then it doesn’t have the resistance (pull) that your looking for. We need a smaller elastic like one that really pulls our legs . But again 4 stars because it’s great for beginners.

Was a great gift
Got this for a gift for our 13 yr old granddaughter, it was the perfect size for her at 5’5”. She is a dancer and she loves it to help with her stretching exercises. Love the color and packaging of the items.

My daughter’s dance friend got this as a gift and I ordered one for her too. Perfect for stretching and for working on getting kicks or splits higher especially leg elevations. She can do it while watching TV or she can do it while practicing. Very high-quality and comes in a bag for storage.
