My experience: I bought Setu Sleep Restore Melatonin 5 mg as i was suffering from insomnia and day time drowsiness (extremely affected my college life btw, wasn't able to attend classes properly). First Day: After half-an-hour, my body felt relaxed as if alerting me to sleep, just after that i felt my body moving, it felt like an earthquake (but this is the moment when you go literally switch off!), so when you feel this, stay calm (no need to panic), you will sleep peacefully. The very next day, i felt kinda low, but focused (helps with ADHD), you wont feel drowsy anymore. The next night when i used it, i got the same body moving sensation but it felt like as if a real earthquake occurred, and so i came out of bed and i didnt feel sleepy anymore (so when you get the tremor sensation) just let it be, thats when you go switch off (it alarms your body to sleep). The nights after that were all zzz. P.S - (The most funniest thing over here is that i always end up waking up at exactly 6:46 lol! Though there might be days when you might wake up earlier)

Does not work. I've taken melatonin before to help with jet lag. It works wonders but this brand just has no effect on me. I wonder if it even has melatonin in it. Maybe it's just a breath mint. Very disappointed.

These strips are very mild in my case, as after taking 1 hour prior to bed, it doesn't make me feel sleepy properly. I guess the one with 10mg will work good. Also, if you struggle sleeping every night, then this will not make you sleep quickly. Also sometimes I felt a mild headache after consuming it & also sometimes in morning too, but very mild so it's manageable. Dissolve easily. Taste good. Size 1 Inch aprox.

It's not a paid review guys. It's really good and has fixed my sleep cycle and sleeping issues properly.
