My Usage & Practicality Very nice product. It has large openings, seems to maintain warmth well, and feels thick and bold in any enclosure, so it’s suitable for larger reptiles and fish. It’s a great value because it is easy to set up in a tank, and you can use it as the main hiding and climbing spot instead of buying multiple smaller decorations. I’m using it for my Panther Crab tank since it needs enough space to hide while molting. Style & Structure At first, I expected it to look very freshwater-styled, but you can definitely make a saltwater look with the right coral decorations. I did not notice any smell. Some edges are not fully rounded and might need a little filing, but it is not too bad. Also, rinse and check it carefully when it arrives. Mine had small pieces of packing foam stuck inside from shipping. One concern is that if it is not secured in the substrate, it might rock slightly. Overall, it looks great and works well in medium to large enclosures.

It’s seriously cool and looks great in the tank. The design is really realistic, like actual rock, and it gives our little guys a perfect place to hide and chill out. The steps are perfect for chilling out , and he’s been loving climbing all over it. It’s decorative but also super functional, which is exactly what we needed. Overall, I’m really happy with how it turned out, and I think our tank looks even better with it! Our little guys like to hunt from it and the look down at the bugs that drop. We know they are hungry when they get in position lol

It's a little on the small side but it's a great addition to my leopard gecko tank! I love how it can function as a basking platform and a little hideaway. She seems to like it so it gets 5 stars from me!

Its a good size but we will definitely need a bigger one soon. It was a little pricey. I think the most expensive thing for his cage we've bought.

I have 2 xlarge caves and both have been great. I use one for my box turtles and one for a crested gecko. I also had a smaller one for my box turtles when i first got them. I dropped it trying to clean the enclouse and it broke. I dropped it from a good height onto a concrete floor. Nothing breakable has ever survived a fall to this floor. After it broke my box turtles got mad and stayed mad for 2 months until I got the xl one. My box turtles are about 3 years Old are finally out growing the xl cave at about 4 inches, but they have loved it. Since I bought it they've lived under it full time. It's home cave out of three hiding spots. The other I bought for my red eared slider. He ended up being too big at 4 inches for it. But my crested gecko fits it perfect. She's still small but it'll be the perfect thing for her to grow with and she will be able to keep it as an adult. The pics of my gecko are of her hospital tank when I brought her home. It's a 10 gallon. This is a good hide. It's sturdy and not too heavy and is a decent size for smaller reptiles. I did inspect both when i got them. Since i saw about the edges being sharp i was worried. The edges on both didnt seem bad. My only problem now is needing a bigger one for some very spoiled turtles.

Exactly as described nice well built product. I'm soaking it in a mop bucket so that will give some idea of how big it is. I purchased this for a 37 gallon fish tank.

Sharp plastic edges you will need to sand down so be prepared to prep this before offering to your pet. Hid is very shallow so not much room al all. Should be considered a medium size. Not large at all.

Perfect for my Leopard Geckos 40gallon tank! I have yet to see her use it (she is blind) but I'm hoping she does! No worries if not, still looks great in her tank!

There was no protection in the box and arrived in pieces because of it. The box also looked pre opened and re taped as though it was not actually shipped by amazon. The quality honestly lookes fine but fragile at the bottom.

Fish love it, gives a place to hide for the fry and we added some real plants. Its just heavy enough, wont float away. Lol. looks great and delivery was fast. Great addition to our tank. Probably need 20 gallon tank minimum. But will fit in smaller. Check your measurements. We use 40 gallon. I recommend.
