Fantastic! Amazingly soft tortillas.
Fantastic product! Makes great tortillas that come out super soft, thin and pliable. Love love love this flour! Tip: For best results, use 1 cup of flour (standard baking measuring cup) and slightly less than 1 cup of VERY WARM water, with 1/2 tsp salt to make the dough. Use a tortilla press or keep the dough ball between 2 parchment sheets and press between 2 rolling boards with hands/feet. That way, the tortilla comes out thin and consequently, soft and rollable. Make only on a super hot tawa on high heat and make sure to put the freshly made tortillas into a hot box to let it "perspire" and become soft.

It is the real thing
We love cooking mexican food at home - burrito and enchilada. Earlier, we used to rely on the masa flour brought from the US. So I was really happy that this is available locally in India. I have cooked with it and it is good. Be got a second pack of this. Packet was a bit rumpled a bit but contents were proper.

Very good and gluten free
Very good .. I use 1 1/2 -3/4 cup warm water for 2 cup flour and the dough comes out perfect. Makes around 15 tortillas.. the tortillas puff up nicely in the cast iron griddle

Naxtamalized Corn Flour
It is good for corn tortillas, tamales, arepas and many more, very useful for Latin American food items.

Original Corn Masa
This is the real corn Masa flour you need for making tortillas/tacos. Don't go by the directions for preparing mentioned on the label ,you need much more water. There are Youtube videos you can find .

Does not bind properly
This MASECA is made in Italy and though I am happy to get it, it is far from ideal. The flour seems thinner and, when adding water, the dough does not bind properly. It breaks easily and adding more (or less) water doesn’t make a difference. The tortillas don’t puff up as they should either. I have bought this product for many years and never had this problem.

Fair enough product. Probably the best possible option
I bought it for the first time. Tortillas tasted closest to the authentic Mexican ones. Loved it. I wish it was even cheaper in India since I am sure it would be a great hit if priced well for India. You get Indian corn flour for less than $1
