Easy to assemble and holds all my stuff
Easy to put together. Sturdy and appreciate that it rolls with the ability to lock the wheels if I need to. I thought it was a fair price considering the size and quality compared to other similar products.

Very Handy for Organization
I have recently had my garage painted and needed something to get my garden rakes, shovels, mops, brooms, etc organized. This is very sturdy and it is on casters so you can move it around easily to clean underneath. Easy to put togther and no tools necessary.

Not all plastic is lightweight
I would like to start by dispelling the impression that just because these are plastic that they are flimsy. Like anything, how suited something is for you is entirely dependent on how you plan to use it. Because of the design of inserting items with long handles like brooms upside down I think it is entirely adequate for the task. If your intent is to use it for heavy garden tools like shovels, axes, pitchforks, etc. then no, this wouldn’t be the right product and I wouldn’t expect to find something rugged enough for under thirty bucks, that just wouldn’t be reasonable. I am fortunate that my new house has a very nice combination workshop and storage shed right outside the back door. That is such a better setup for me that using my garage for such things like I did in my old house. The shed is larger than average and I am retrofitting it to maximize the usefulness of every square inch of it. One wonderful luxury for me is it has a corner that is perfect to store all of my brooms, mops and vacuums and related cleaning products instead of them cluttering my kitchen or laundry room. Being a corner space this rack is a great fit and lets me store the maximum number of items in a minimal amount of floor space. It has holes in the sides that let me secure it directly to the 2x4’s of the shed so there is no way the rack can tip over. And although the shed has a ten foot ceiling I don’t have ten foot arms so the 20” height is just right to hold the tools upright but yet they are very easy to pull out to use them. I looked at dozens of similar options and none of them are as efficiently designed. They are either too tall, which makes them difficult to lift the tools up and out of the holes, and also makes them more likely to tip over. And most of the other brands try to do too many things, the Rubbermaid corner rack is mostly just round holes with corresponding round indentations in the base to hold the item in place without tipping. Yes it is plastic but it is a heavy duty grade of plastic that is suitable for what it’s intended to do. In my opinion it could have been more useful if they had designed it with more of the smaller holes that are the size of a standard broom handle or mop. There are only a few of those and then an assortment of larger holes and slots that are less useful for common household items. My only question is where they came up with saying it holds 30 tools. That’s a stretch, there are only really half as many usable holes and unless you are storing pool cues they aren’t taking into account that mops and brooms can’t be jammed in close together, you need room to accommodate the working end of the tool. I would say it holds about 15 long handled items comfortably. When considering this thing keep your expectations reasonable, it may not be as good as it could be but it is definitely well worth what they are asking for it.

easy to use and perfectly fits the niche storage need
Makes great use of that otherwise wasted corner space. 30 tools (that they claim) seems like quite a stretch, but I was able to place quite a few of my less-used items in here, as pictured. They're stable, easily visible, but not in the way. Mine is tucked away between two shelving units in a corner where I couldn't fit much else. Perfect. Far, far easier than installing wall hooks, much cheaper than one of those "systems", and far nicer than leaning your stuff against the wall like I know you've been doing hehe Easy assembly, feels sturdy. I should have set this up sooner.

Quick, Simple, Inexpensive Way To Organize Your Tools
Easy to assemble, keeps garden & lawn tools organized, easy to access instead of a jumbled pile crammed into the corner of the shed. Holds just about all you need. Hang my digging shovel and my snow shovel on the wall next to the caddy and it all looks so good. This will be durable for many years.

Perfect!
This tool rack was easy to assemble. It takes about 5 minutes if you’re slow. It holds all my longhandled garden tools including rakes, shovels, spades, hoes, post hole digger and snow shovel. I’m quite pleased with it.

Generously sized, 2-tiered rack; ez assembly, sturdy + holds many tools (over 20 so far)
This review is for the large, rectangular Deluxe Tower (not the Corner Tower) I'm very happy to have found this tower-rack for long-handled tools and equipment. I was looking for something to help organize all of my household mops, brooms, and various types of squeegees, scrub brushes, dusters and other long-handled items that just wouldn't fit in my tiny broom closet and were either cluttering up my kitchen or getting lost out in the garage. I found several pricey steel options before I ran across this far more affordable version made by Rubbermaid. I have been purchasing Rubbermaid products for many years, so I didn't hesitate to order this rack. It arrived very quickly and just as promised, was very easy to put together. It only took a couple of minutes, and I didn't even need any tools. Even though it is made of plastic it is not flimsy in the least. Right now it is holding over 20 assorted tools right now + a couple of those very heavy steel dust-pans and there is room for quite a few more. There is also space for my mop bucket on the floor. All of these implements are light-weight so the unit very stable and rolls easily. I am sure I would need to load it with more attention to spacing and balance if I was storing heavy shovels and rakes and such in the garage or work shed but it seems as if would be great to use in that capacity as well. I am keeping this one on my enclosed back porch so I can access anything I need with no hassle. I think it is definitely worth the modest price.

Organizing and space saving, just lacks sturdiness
Fits great in the corner of shed. I’ve had this product for several months now and the only draw back is that it slowly warp overtime with the heat. Not sturdy enough in hot climate areas.
