Connemara’s smooth, sweet taste and complex peat flavours make it a truly unique Irish whiskey. No other Irish whiskey combines rich smoky tones with delicious fruitiness and vanilla tones whilst retaining the traditional smoothness associated with Irish whiskey. Unlike most other Irish whiskeys, Connemara is double distilled in 2 small pot stills to ensure a whiskey full of robust flavour and character. It is then left to mature for many years in American oak casks. Connemara’s combination of young and old whiskey allows you to experience the rich malt and fruit flavours that combine with the underlying vanilla tones and the deep, full bodied peat.
