It is a very sturdy pan, with a detachable handle so that it can be easily cleaned or put in the dishwasher. While sturdy it is not too heavy being made from aluminium. But of course it is all about the culinary result. Well, on that aspect it doesn’t disappoint. The result is tender and less dry prices of meat. This is very important to me as we never order food, hardly go out eating as I simply prefer and enjoy preparing my own meals. For that reason I don’t mind to invest in high quality meat. When you do that, you should also think about your equipment. I’ve griddled chicken fillets, hamburgers, sausages, and the best steaks I could find with this pan, and the result is both tasty and visually attractive. The ribbed bottom leaves dark stripes on the meat and make sure that inside the heat is better dispersed as the juice doesn’t escape. It’s also very handy when BBQ-ing outdoors. Highly recommended

I griddled a sirloin steak using no oil at all. This pan is completely non-stick and cooks perfectly evenly. I am very happy with it - it’s a joy to use! Just a soak and a quick wipe in hot soapy water after using and it’s clean! When needed, the handle can be removed very easily too. It’s a great buy!

Good product easy to clean had cast iron before which was a pain to clean so much easier and very lightweight and detachable handle is great

Just love, love love, this pan, I read the reviews and was like, ok 🤔 not bad let me open my purse. So glad I did, you know when they say,"does exactly what it says on the tin"..well this pan does what it should do. I love cioking with this. It's none stick, lightweight enough to handle but yet heavy enough to not feel cheap. The handel is easy to fix and disconnect. Cleaning is a breeze. I I actually have found an addition to my kitchen that will not be evicted anytine soon. Lol You will be happy with this pan, reasonable in price too. Love to eat the food it enables me to cook.

Superb on my NEFF induction cooker. Cooked a nice steak to perfection - great quality. Feels heavy and robust and the detachable handle is a plus when I want to show off and bring the pan to the table

This is the best pan I have bought, it cooks steaks, chops any meat you care to mention,clean up is a dream just hot soapy water and a sponge,also with the detachable handle go's straight into the oven to rest and keep warm.I can't recommend this pan enough.

I bought this pan especially for char grilling steaks. It's exactly as promised. Non stick (to a degree, depending on marinade). Easy to clean, but I do soak it well first and it doesn't come up as clean in the dishwasher - hand washing definitely best. I've also tried char grilling/frying veggies in the pan and they are great too.
