Healthier, better tasting, affordable cola!
I finally got my cola syrup in, and dang, it tastes good! Interestingly enough, the bottles had different labels than their Amazon labels, but to my pleasant surprise, they actually hand-wrote a note on the shipping paperwork to let me know that it is actually a 7:1 mix rather than a 5:1. I don't think I've seen a seller care enough to hand-write a note, so to much credit to the seller! Thanks! Now as for the cola... It's 100 calories a serving, which is already better than Coke (140) or Dr. Pepper (150), as an example. The cola is made with cane sugar which is already way better than high-fructose corn syrup, and I have to agree with others, I'd say it's comparable enough to Mexican Coke that I don't need to overpay for the store stuff. Now let me say, this is pretty affordable for cola. I got 8oz resealable bottles, and since it's a 7:1, I was able to measure and pour 1oz of syrup into each bottle, charge and pour the CO2 water, and the syrup cost per bottle is probably about $0.14, whereas Coke (adjusted for the same volume) would be around $0.34 (0.343333 repeating). Sure, there's a bit of cost to the CO2, but it tastes better and it's healthier, so I'd say you fairly break even but with an outright better drink. As a plus, if you're like me and want to reduce the acidity on the teeth (CO2 does add acidity to water), you could get alkaline drops and a few pH test strips to not only have your healthier soda, but your teeth will thank you too. I'm yet to see that in any off-the-shelf cola. So definitely give it a try! The worst possible outcome, if for some reason you're a cola-snob and just don't like the taste (which would be odd since it's so dang close), you can still offer one of the nicest homebrewed colas to your guests and blow their minds! I've personally bottled my 8oz bottles so I can have em when I want them, bring some to work, etc. A massive thanks to the Oak Cliff and I look forward to enjoying this cola for a long time! Please don't go anywhere, because I'm really gonna need this stuff on tap (metaphorically speaking, though adding in a soda tap would be an idea)! ;)

Allows for a custom taste
Great product - I mix add it seltzer to make a less sweet cola. Company has great customer service, too.

Very good and familiar flavor
This is a very good syrup for those who enjoy a nice bourbon and cola. The cola flavour is good and tastes like what you would get at the store. I enjoy being able to dial back the sugar by adding a bit less. I find flavour of store bought colas to be too sweet and strong. Also a positive that this is made with real sugar and HFCS. Added to plain Topo Chico sparkling mineral water is a solid win.

Best ever!
Amazing! I can't have high fructose corn syrup because I have a bad reaction to fructans, but I need caffeine because of migraines. This syrup saved me. I was so nervous buying four bottles, not knowing if it would be any good. But I've had it for less than a month, and I'm almost done with the second bottle. Oops! I love that I can make it less sweet. It's super tasty, and I know I won't have any bad reactions to it. I highly recommend this. I can't wait to try to Dr P version, too. (Those are the two flavors with caffeine)

Great cola syrup!
This is actually the best cola syrup I've found. A bit expensive, but worth the cost for cola drinkers. The amount of syrup required for Soda Stream users seems to be a questionable topic. If too much or too little is used, it changes the flavor. I found that 5.5OZ is about perfect, but you'll likely end up making a few bottles before dialing in on a ratio that you like. I also find this seller to be professional and appear to actually care about their product.

Very Watery Syrup
Looking for a Cane Sugar replacement for Soda Stream and this looked like a good choice. Taste is pretty good, but the amount of syrup needed is ridiculous. Compared to normal soda stream cola syrup, it takes 3 times the amount to get to a similar taste/syrup level. I normally do about half a cap full of soda stream syrup, just to the first line or a little less. I refilled a soda stream bottle with this syrup for easier dispensing and it takes at least 1.5-2 full caps of syrup to get to the same taste level. The syrup is very thin and it makes a bigger mess in trying to pour as well. If they made this more concentrated, I would it work great, but right now, it's just a lot to deal with in comparison so the search continues.

A Great Altenative to Colas sweetened with The nasty High fructose corn syrup
I tried mixing this with the sparkling water I buy at the store I made a glass full it doesn't take much syrup and I have to say I Like this and you can do the same yourself. the syrup holds its own in terms of flavor and consistency so even if you don't have a soda machine you can still enjoy your own healthier version of cola and you get a great quantity for the price A Real Value. Granted it may not be the ever Classic Coke a Cola or Pepsi some of us ( like myself) enjoyed over the years but this will satisfy your mileage may vary. So why not give this a try? And Enjoy!
