0% any fat; 23 calories per slice; they suggest 2 slices per serving (seems arbitrary to me, though); total carb 8g per 2-slice serving. btw: tasty and filling cracker; kids like it, too.

What is contained in the Herb Extract?

I do not see herb extract as an ingredient. I onlypurchaed the original.....pressed popcorn, oil and salt

Absolutely Gluten Free. Ingredients in ORIGINAL Corn Thins are only pressed popcorn, oil and salt.Original Corn thins are the only bread/cracker substitute allowed on the Lets Do Lunch Plan I follow.I was so disappointed when Amazon stopped carrying them. I used to order by the case for around $30.00.
