The scent is spa like and very calming to me. The cost is very affordable and works so well!! I put it in in my pulse points before bed and I drift off to sleep 15-20 min later.

I found Sleep Balm 10 g by This Works and This Works pillow spray in a hotel in London on a recent tour of the British Isles. The hotel had complimentary samples on the night stand. I really like the light fragrance as I fall asleep. Amazon sent me the facial serum by mistake and I ended up keeping it. I like the European products because the ingredients sound a lot more body friendly; so, I hope that's true. Also, the sleep balm was delivered to a neighbor, and Amazon believed me when I called and said I never received the sleep balm. They reimbursed me. A few days pass by and the sleep balm shows up, so I called Amazon and told them to charge me for it. Since I like it so much, I might as well have an extra jar. It says on the jar "manufactured in the UK."

I like to use this when I wake up in the night to help me fall back to sleep, when I can tell I'm going to be awake. It consistently helps my body to relax and go back to sleep, definitely a solid purchase!

I used to love this product and use it to help me fall asleep while traveling, but this new one has very little scent. its a waste of money

I was skeptical that this product would work, but I was pleasantly surprised. I tried the Sleep plus spray and I actually had a more restful night. I usually wake a number of ties during the night. After using this spray, I only woke once during the night. This is a huge improvement. The spray has a very nice, calming scent.

I have a lot of trouble sleeping, ever since I purchased these products and the silk pillow case I am falling asleep fast. I’m no longer sitting there hour after hour to fall asleep.

The one I received was clearly old. Upon opening everything looked normal - it had a slight lavender smell. When preparing to use, I swiped my finger across the top of the Balm only to have it "move" - you know that skin that that grows on pudding - same thing except the top 1/8 of the balm squished off in one solid gummy piece. Yes it was gross. What was left underneath looked like actual balm so I tried again - but what came up smelled SO bad I couldn't stand it. It was not fresh, clearly it has turned. Total let down.

I really wanted to love this as much as I love the pillow spray and the bath salts, but when I opened the tiny little jar, the balm was rancid. My thought was to use it for cuticle care (I'll continue to use Burt's Bees) and on pulse points to layer the scent of the pillow spray. I live in Charlotte and it's very hot right now, but it was only on my porch for less than a half hour.

For the price it over the top lavender balm. Wife & I have tried it as per instructions and have even tried it on the upper lip (under the nose) It may of worked for a few days possibly a placebo effect? I would explore other cheaper lifestyle changes that have more effect than this product. (Bedroom lay out & temp, activities before sleeping=reading, no TV / PCs 30 mins before bed, various food stuffs to stay away from , essential oils in the bedroom etc)

Bought this as a Christmas stocking filler for someone else so I haven't tried it myself but I was very disappointed by the size for the money. I know it states 10g very clearly in the details so it's my fault that I didn't register how very tiny 10g is.

Have had this product previously bought for me as a present. I ordered this for myself as my other one had run out. Always get a great night sleep. However this was meant to be a 10g pot and what actually arrived was a 8.5g - which is even smaller than the last. Not impressed as this was quite an expensive item and have been short changed.
