A CAD designed, climber tested shape for training crimp and grip strength. Wood is a skin friendly material that lets you target finger strength without being abrasive. The shape has been optimized for building power and endurance. Each hold is CNC machined from a solid block of wood ensuring consistency in the profile shape and size, then hand sanded to a nice smooth finish.
