The 3D Printing Handbook: Technologies, design and applications

This is an essential book for those who are new to 3D Printing and is one of those that provides all you need to know what to do, use and create the best prints from your printer. I cannot say enough about this book, but if you are starting a 3D printer or intending to buy a 3D Printer, this is a must-read.

Very informative covers a range of technologies and applications. Very good if you are looking to get into 3d or are intending to use the technologies and need to understand what they are and the pros and cons.

A well laid out book which discusses the main technologies and build strategies for 3D printing. Despite this technology advancing almost weekly, this book offers the reader a good grounding in the various technologies and techniques. While some of the industrial equipment will be out of the range of most, the chapters on FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) and SLA/DLP are a must as this equipment is hugely cost competitive for the classroom and home use. 3D Printing opens many avenues and this book helps the reader make an informed decision if they want to proceed with these technologies.

Its ok. Maybe a bit overhyped by Ruiz brothers over on Adafruit.

Excellent book for someone looking to gather enough information to buy their first 3D Printer and start developing their skills.

O livro aborda as principais tecnologias existentes com detalhes e muito bem organizado. É uma boa fonte para um leitor que busca escolher sua ferramenta. É uma realidade um pouco mais americana e europeia, mas é muito bem escrito.

Tanto si eres nuevo en el mundillo, como si eres un usuario avanzado es una buena adquisición. Para mi la mejor parte del libro son las tablas que proporcionan con medidas generales para diseñar en los diversos métodos de impresión 3D. Además, el diseño grafico y la maquetación son sublimes, haciendo que su consulta o lectura sea muy sencilla.
