healthy benefits
there are plenty of health benefits to taking ginger. while I am not a Dr, I can tell you that while taking ginger I noticed I am not so stiff thoughout the day. its good for onflamation, Nausia, digestive health, pain relief, immune suport, healthy heart, weight management and respritory issues. the capsles are easy to swallow. a good normal size capsel. I also have powder form for soups but I prefer the daily capsel over doing a tea or the adding it to soups. If i am cold I will difinately add it to my tea.

Just alright, good enough for a budget
This ginger works pretty good. You have to take two capsules for it to stop nausea, and if you take any supplements or pain relievers that irritate your stomach sometimes you have to take three capsules, one over the recommended amount. It does come with quite a bit and so it is a good value for the money. I think I'll invest in a more quality ginger next time if I can afford it but, on a budget, this is good enough. So the strength of the gender is all right and the dosage is okay. I've had no side effects and don't notice much about energy. I do have IBS so it seems to work all right for inflammation of my intestines.

I take this before prescription medications to help prevent any upset stomach problems and it works great.

Perfect
I love these ginger supplements. I seem to have a very reactive immune system. I’m prone to forming granulomas after surgeries and illness. I started taking ginger supplements in addition to an anti-inflammatory diet and my granulomas have significantly shrunk. No heart burn or smells. The size is very manageable. Easy to swallow. No upset stomach. I’ve purchased twice now.
