It gives great support
I have two pairs I'm going to buy another pair they're easy to put in your shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and almost flat feet. I just chipped my bone on my ankle the bone is still floating around. my foot swelled up I had to put a boot on coming off the boot I put insoles in my shoes and it really helps the swelling is starting to go down and it gives such great support on your feet love them even my foot doctor said these would be good inside your shoes he said of course get good shoes then put them inside. Now I always buy a brand new pair of shoes and I always take the insoles with me and put them inside my shoe to make sure everything fits good.

The Roo Run Orthotics are Worth EVERY Penny!
There are so many shoe insert products that it took a while for me to settle on one. Prices ranged from $10 to $75. I liked that the RooRuns were attractive as well as well constructed. They fit well into my shoes and changed the way I walked. I have over-pronation and have been walking on the side of my right foot as my ankle is somewhat twisted and my foot is not flat in my shoes. The Roo Runs changed that. For the first time in 9 years, I was able to walk comfortably and did not overcompensate on my left foot. It was comfortable even on the first try. I plan to buy another set so I do not have to keep switching them between my shoes. Under $30, too!

Walking RESTORED.
Listen I am well over obese and there are a few positions in my job that involve walking all day. A year ago I developed plantar fasciitis in my right foot and this year also in my left so great now it's in both. Stretching helped sorta but I really need to drop some weight to put less strain on my foot arch. Whatever, anyways, I thought I'd hafta tell my boss I couldn't physically do the walking portions of the job anymore once it was both feet. I saw a foot doc even! She recommended these other inserts which sucked but these RunRoos or whatever? AMAZING. I paired them with "SB SOX Plantar Fasciitis Relief Socks (1 Pair) for Women & Men - Best Compression Sleeves for All Day Wear with Foot/Arch Support for Pain Relief (Black, Medium)" which I also bought off Amazon. WALKING IS NOTHING NOW. I can do the job all day and I'm not crying and limping afterwards!! I only take off one star because I can't run with them in my shoes. They actually make my feet hurt when I run but walking? Holy crap. Easy to slip in, re-lace your shoes, boom, done, go. Is it a cure? Heck no. Is it 100% pain free? Most days I'd say yes. If doing a LOT of walking I get a little sore but nothing compared to what was going on without them. Absolutely going to buy these again once this pair wears down. [Edit] finally having to buy a 2nd pair after my first ran down 11/2023

Soft and good support, but didn't fit my shoes all that well
I have big feet, use size 13-E shoes. I have used the Dr. Scholls 440 inserts with good success, but was hoping these lower cost ones would work equally well. But, not for my shoes. They are a little too narrow and move around in the shoe too much. The Dr. Scholls ones stay in place better. these Roo-runs seem well designed and do provide excellent cushioning, they just don't fit as well. If they made and 'extra wide' model that snugged down into the shoe better, I'd want to try them again!

Perfect for pes cavus + chronic ankle roller
I have very high arches. Looks graceful and all that, but the lack of support wrecks the tendon in the bottom of my foot and you can even hear it crack sometimes. It also means I roll my ankle the minute I step on unstable ground - which is *lovely* for someone who enjoys hikes and exploring. Rather than wasting my money on overpriced generically shaped gel inserts, I'm swearing by these. I hit a three-hour hike and my feet didn't hurt at all and no tendon popping. What's better was when I hit some rocks and my ankle started to roll - my foot corrected itself and came back down stable. No roll and it didn't happen again when I would normally have it happen 3-4 times. It felt a little bulky in shoes at first, but I quickly got used to it. Highly recommend.

Used every day
These are super easy to insert into any of my shoes. They seem pretty durable and held up through my entire summer of wear. They are very firm so if you’re looking for flexibility or cushion they probably aren’t right but they are great if you need strong support.

Lost shape and support; disappointing
I had high hopes for these inspires for the first month Unfortunately they lost shape to some degree and lost support completely. I noticed that my feet were starting to be very sore, so I switched back to my hard plastic insoles and my feet are now fine. Too bad.
