Nice journal, would buy again.
Thin for 150 pages. Hard cover, lays flat. Paper is thin but sturdy. Roller ball bleeds through. Fountain pen bleeds through. Regular ball point and pencil are OK. Would buy it again. There are several listings for the identical product, with different prices.

Love the layout
Very sturdy and well made with a colorful, comprehensive layout. There are plenty of different spaces on each page to indicate the type and details of a workout. The front of the journal includes some additional information on the benefits of different forms of diet and excersise, as well as tips for planning and maintaining the ideal work out plan. I won't use all of the features listed, but it has definitely helped to motivate me to maintain a consistent excersise schedule.

Excellent for Heavy Duty User
So I am a person that frequently changes his yellow pad -- then has about 3-5 yellow pages that are not finished and overlapping in information. I think this is due to several things: (1) Yellow Pads look cheap (2) Yellow Pads have a soft back -- although some are better than others (3) They are easily accessible so I can simply pick another one up when I cannot find the current one I am using creating multiple Yellow Pads. (4) I give my Yellow Pads a beating and when they look ugly, I do not want to use them. (5) Yellow pads bleed ink and highlights. Many of my clients are Chinese businessmen. I noticed that almost all of them had some sort of notebook. Of course, some were like the Moleskin. All tho were unique. After inquiring into their use of these notebooks (which is not relevant to this post) I started looking around a notebook to use. This is a great one for several reasons: (1) This one looks professional even after a beating. (2) This one has a hard back. (3) Few people at the office will have a book like yours. They have a Day Runner, but not a hard bound notebook like yours. (4) I have put this into the ringer. It has kept its hard back. No bends. (5) No bleeding, although you might see some highlighting will not impact too much. Me: I work 60-80 hour per week. Constantly travelling. I aim to look professional because I am always professional and punctual. While I do not look like a GQ model I always make sure my suits are pressed/clean and my suits are tailored. I am sharing this because if my personality rings true to you, you know this item is what you need to buy. OH, and I do no like spending lots of money bc I am trying to retire early so this items hits a great price point.

Great notebooks
I bought two for my study abroad trip, as I needed to carry two around with me at all times. I love how slim these notebooks are - they fit into a small backpack like mine easily. They're slim but had more than enough pages for my needs (since I use both front and back of each page). Another great thing is that the binding did not warp like I expected it to do because of the intense, tropical heat. Anyways, they're lightweight, affordable, and just overall really nice.

Thinner than expected
This is a very nice little blank notebook. Good for journaling or as a guest book, etc. No real compliants except that the book is thinner than expected for 150 pages. I guess they were counting both sides of the paper when they came up with the count. Regardless the binding is neat and the paper is a nice crisp white. The lines are spaced perfectly for me!

Blueline vs Tops
I use these as laboratory journals. I really like the slimness of them because they take up less room in my briefcase. The look of them is substantially more professional than composition books. There are a few other reviews regarding the number of pages. By my count you should have about 148 usable pages if you are writing on the back sides. With that being said, I am left handed and have thus far had no problems writing on the back page. This seems due to the slimness of the journal and the fact that the book opens completely flat. You may see this review again because I also bought the pink one with the donation to fight breast cancer. That one is really pretty and like this one also has a page where you can write your ownership and other demographics on it. Granted everyone knows who the pink lab journal belongs to, but should I leave it lying about the lab I'd like there to be no "mistakes." There were other reviewers looking for a slightly larger journal. I am also trying out the Tops Royale Casebound Notebook. It doesn't have the gloss or finesse of the Blueline. However, where the Blueline is a solid 8.5 X 11 writing surface the Tops is half an inch more in writing space and actually has 96 pages of higher quality paper in it. So for my review I actually feel like price per value the Tops is a better journal. With that being said, the Blueline was worth 5 stars, as described, and superior in appearance and convenience. It just seemed since I was doing a comparison study I should share it with other Amazon shoppers.

If you like to write long hand in a journal, you appreciate great paper. This is the best I have bought in ages.

Great journal but not many pages
When I ordered this journal it was the right size but not as thick with pages as I would have liked. Nice hard cover and thick pages to write on but not what I have had before from another source

Es una libreta muy adecuada para manejo como bitácora de laboratorio, si acaso estaría bien que tuviera hojas foliadas, pero no se puede tener todo en la vida. :P

Excelente libreta para bitacora de un laboratorio. Buen diseño, amplio y no tan pesada comparando con otras marcas.

Just what I needed.

Good construction quality, but the ink goes right through the paper. So not really fountain pen friendly.
