Firm nibs, highly pigmented
I'm extremely pleased with this purchase. I have recently been working on improving my hand lettering skills and realised that I needed to try some different pens. The nibs on these pens are firmer than what I have been using and this has made all the difference to the ease in which I am able to produce attractive letters. The ink is highly pigmented which is a relief after trying several other types of black pen and being disappointed. The range of nib thicknesses is very good. The finer ones are my favourites as I find them easier to control when producing thick and thin strokes. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for pens suitable for brush or hand lettering.

Nib size
Lovely pens. But there should have two of each sized nib. Instead, there was only one each of the super fine, fine, and medium, and then 3 of the brush sized nib.

The pens write beautifully,smooth ink flow makes the difference .

Cheap and cheerful.
For the price, these are okay. Chinese cheapies, but feel good and work well so far. A little bit tricky to get some calligraphic font effect using the brushes Vs others I have used, but these will definitely come in useful, and for just over a fiver! Can't complain.
