Can these blocks be used on a cinder track?

Yes they can be use on the cinder track , The block comes with 3 large spike's that you will use to hold the block in place , Just use a hammer to knock the spikes in the track . from Coach Murray , from the Bahamas.

Is the entire unit aluminum?

Yes, cast aluminum on foot blocks, mine broke after two dozen uses, cheap!

Do these blocks have a carrier bag?

No, we don't carry starting block bags. We do have starting block carts though, holds up to 12.
