dead after 2-3 months
Purchased 6 of these, 2 of them are dead after 2-3 months of use. They say 3 years warranty, their web site talks about 7 days return policy.I'm hoping someone will contact me after my review, no one is responding to my emails.Not recommended.Update 2017-11-21. All 6 of them failed and all useless. Cannot return them back, cannot format to erase my stuff.Just DON'T BUY them. Still nobody contacted me. You will get ZERO support for this product.

these things are really cool for the money
what i like the most is the price .. i was looking for a couple of budget SSD's to RAID in my old retro gaming rig build with socket A and SATA1 but did not know what would work ... these little drives did ! ! .. i have a super tricked out setup now with XP running on an SSD striped raid lol, visiontekHD3850 agp, 3200+ athlonXP, 2 gigs of gskill 3200 cas2, Asus a7n8x deluxe mobo and it benched 22,578 in mark 3 .. im happier than a pig in crap .. anyway these little ssd's arnt the fastest in the world but they are zippy and compatible, theyre slightly faster than a couple of sata 10,000rpm/16mb cache drives i had raided in it previous, but not greatly faster .. alittle though .. its good enough for sure ..

Light Years ahead of traditional Hard Disk Drives
Sure, there are faster SSDs, but this is still Light Years ahead of traditional Hard Disk Drives! Oh, it's only 30GB? Linux takes about 12GB, and the recommended is 20GB. This still leaves room for some data. If you have an old NetBook that is just too slow, pop this in, load Lubuntu (It's free), and forget about it. Your little NetBook will boot in seconds, do everything you need quickly and securely, and shuts down just about instantly. You just might find your old, slow, NetBook is now your favorite little laptop! I have also used these in Media-Center PC's. They'll last just about forever. They're ridiculously inexpensive. Fire up a browser or Kodi, and they open instantly. If you need storage for all the blu-rays you ripped, get a large WD Green drive just for the movies, but use this for Linux and the software. Got an old AMD Athlon PC in the closet? Time to turn that tired old box into an awesome Media-Center!

Not reliable!
The ssd only lasted about 8 months and then I started to get blue screen of death errors whenever I tried to access my files or when windows was installing updates. The drive would just drop out and then I would have to turn of my system and wait about 10min. for the drive to come back up. Horrible life span on this drive.

Good value, no problems
Installed into a Gateway laptop. Works well. Used a hard drive data transfer cable that I borrowed from a buddy and some free downloaded software (found on the internet) to transfer all of the contents from my old hard drive to this new hard drive.So much faster than a hdd drive, saved me from buying a new laptop!

Cheap made with short warranty.
I bought 4 of those disk in Jan. One is dead after half a year running. Until now I have found it is not under any guarantee, It seems the supplier does not want to know after 3 months. There is no way to return it for repair or so. If you buy this you reply on your luck and it brings down your computer with no where to complain. Buy good makes, not these kind of cheap made ones with no warranty.

Faster than you might think think.
Got speeds of around 243MB read and 232MB write - but the write speed is limited by my sata 2 mobo.The advertised read/write speed is 547MB/181MB - this read speed is probably correct for a sata 3 motherboard.I was very pleased.Nice to see/encourage some competition against the big boys - samsung, crucial, sandisk, kingston, etc watchout....

Good value used it to replace the old hdd in ...
Good value used it to replace the old hdd in an acer c710 chromebook total transformation now quicker to load up and in general usage much more responsive.

Very surpised with the quality
This SSD has proven itself to be very good. I didn't have high hopes for it because it came from a cheap brand, but it has been great. I use it as a boo drive for my server and it has been going 8am-11pm every day since October 2015 and have had no problems

comes well packaged and good solid construction
Needed a cheap SSD for a project, saw this and decided to give it a go. I usually use Samsung but did not want to shell out for it. Boots up to Windows 10 really quick, comes well packaged and good solid construction. Well worth 30 quid.
